In-Stock Orders: If you need to modify or cancel an order for an in-stock loose stone, please contact us immediately at
support@ratnashakti.com. Once an order has been packaged or dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.Custom & Bespoke Jewelry: Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order confirmation before CAD design and casting production begin.

In-Stock Loose Stones & Diamonds: Dispatched within 1–3 business days, with domestic delivery typically taking 2–5 business days depending on your location. (If optional third-party laboratory certification is requested, please allow an additional 7–14 business days before dispatch).
Custom & Bespoke Jewelry: Made-to-order pieces require 2–4 weeks for CAD modeling, stone setting, casting, and hand-finishing prior to shipping.

Returns, Refunds & Care
Loose, unaltered gemstones / jewelry can be returned or exchanged within our 14-day return window, provided they are in their original condition with any included laboratory cards and packaging. Custom-cast and bespoke jewelry pieces are crafted to personal specifications and are final sale.
